Plot was showing some Hairy Vetch seedling failure in the weakest points of the plot. Lots of strong seedlings setting up here.
Plot will be receiving extra sprinkler water in 30-60 minute bursts due to young tree & bush water requirements.
Working on suppressing weeds & nitrogen fixation while this plot's diverse wildflower mixes setup over the years. May want to re-seed with a wildflower mixture late in the fall of 2022. MNDOT pollinator mix or Stock Seed 36 Wildflower Mix @ $65/pound?
